Every order will be shipped within 24 hours. The cost to ship will depend on the destination. Orders on European website; free shipping in the Netherlands. To addresses to other countries in the European Union we charge € 20,= per delivery. Outside the European Union we charge € 40,= per delivery. Orders on our USA website; free shipping in the USA other countries on the American continent we charge $20,= per delivery. Orders on our Honk Kong website; free shipping in Hong Kong. Other countries in Asia we charge HKD 200,=. All free shippings must be in value over euro 100,=, if not we charge euro 10,= for shipping.

For a reservation we ask for a 10% payment. The reservation is for one week (7 days). Within these 7 days we will refund the 10% by canceling the order. After the 7 days the goods go back in our stock and we will not make a refund.

RETURNS & REPAIRS
Returning A Product.
Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to Vousten within 14 days.
Send to you, Stone Island products carry an unique numbered seal. If this seal is broken we will not accept this return and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.
All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.
If you do decide to return your purchase, we require that you return the product in their original sealing or box which is considered part of the product and to which the same returns conditions apply.
We advise you to return goods via a traceable method, such as registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
