Returning A Product
Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to Vousten within 14 days after delivery.
Send to you, Stone Island products carry an unique numbered seal. If this seal is broken we will not accept this return and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.
All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to you at your own cost.
If you do decide to return your purchase, we require that you return the product in their original sealing or box which is considered part of the product and to which the same returns conditions apply.
We advise you to return goods via a traceable method, such as registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
On articles from the Sale we don't give money back, you can only exchange these articles.
